The Husband-and-wife duo Mr Mohan Kumar. M.D. and Mrs S. Kusuma Mohan started their career in the service sector in Bengaluru - Karnataka. Mr Mohan Kumar. M.D. started his career in Sales and Marketing of Financial products with the well-known Centurian Bank.
His wife is a teacher and works in primary schools. But this couple always cared and thought of one platform for all needs. Yes, this thought gave birth to Mediitree Revolution. The ultimate objective was to provide every insurance service under one umbrella. But unfortunately, the industry lacked a personal touch. The insurance selling was a very generalized one. It was like, "one suits all types."

Mrs. Kusuma Mohan is a Bachelor in Education (B. Ed) from Mysore University. She also holds a diploma degree in education. Marking her footprints in the education world, she has been a tutor for 5+ years for primary students now. She is also an IRDA license holder for more than 3 years.
She plays a crucial role in Mediitree Revolution. She handles the management and administration. In addition, she oversees accounting, bookkeeping, project coordination, and Red Tapism (complete documentation). She is the Mediitree forerunner for Project management, administration, and all documentation legalities.
Mr. Mohan Kumar M.D has possessed numerous educational accolades. Firstly, he is an MBA in Marketing. Further, holds PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) and PGDSE (Post Graduation Diploma in soft skills). Not only this, but he is also a PGDBM (Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management) and PGDPM (Post Graduation Diploma in Portfolio Management). Another addition has been an IRDA license holder for more than 10 years and also has an IMG license.
He has extensive experience in marketing for the last 18 years. He started his career with Centurian Bank, UTI Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insuarnce, Kotak Mahindra Life Insuarnce, Apollo Munich Health Insuarnce, Max Bupa Health Insurance, and many more. His well-versed knowledge and work experience of so many years has made him adept in marketing and hence, he acts as the Chief Marketing Officer at Mediitree Revolution.
Convincing the customers is one of his favorites amongst all of them and therefore, he makes an invisible connection with his customers. He specializes in Health and Life Insurance and manages his clients’ complete Investment and Portfolio Management. He believes in the Tagline, “Health is the biggest wealth.” Marketing is in his veins and it defines him.
